De nuevo, la formula de Irreversible “unaobra=unlibro” es la desencadenante del guión para esta “novela”, que no es más que el reflejo de las continuas situaciones en las que se ve envuelto todo proyecto en proceso. El argumento es fiel a su consecución cronológica y espejo de la personalidad de los autores del edificio, en este caso José Morales y Sara de Giles. Esta segunda “micrografía” radiografía el proyecto-obra completo, bajo la lógica del evento como proceso, a través de una sucesión compleja (e irreversible) de toma de decisiones de este proyecto para rehabilitación de viviendas en el Barrio del Pópulo de Cádiz, España. El volumen de 220 páginas se estructura según los distintos estados por lo que ha pasado la obra, desde su concepción inicial como construcción de nueva planta, para cambiar de forma radical a la Rehabilitación justo en el momento en que se comenzaba con la demolición del edificio existente, tras descubrir ciertas evidencias que exigían una reconsideración. Esta acción se produce sin perder, bajo ningún concepto, los argumentos que fundaban la propuesta inicial: un mismo proyecto en otro recipiente. Además de los cambios de estado propiciados por sus autores, se suman los procurados por los promotores, los cuales son formalizados en sucesivos modificados hasta llegar al estado final. Arman el libro ensayos de la mano del propio José Morales (MGM arquitectos) “Una silla de rueda, seis habitaciones, trece ventanas y catorce llaves”; del filósofo y escritor Julián Santos Guerrero con un texto ex profeso para este documento “Pasión por las Ruinas”. “Mirar” escrito por el arquitecto Ramón Pico cierra el libro. Todo esto es acompañado por la exquisita disección del edificio construido elaborada por Juan Antonio Rodríguez con su personal Arqtopsia.

Again, the formula in Irreversible “oneconstruction = onebook” is the trigger of the script for this “novel”, which is not only a reflection of the ongoing situations in which any project is involved in the process. The argument is true to its achievement chronological and mirror the personality of the authors of the building, in this case, Jose Morales and Sara de Giles. This second “micrograph” X-ray full-work project, under the logic of the event as a process, through a complex sequence (and irreversible) decision-making of this project for rehabilitation of homes in the neighborhood of the People of Cádiz, Spain . The 220-page volume is divided among different states and so the work has moved from its original conception as construction of new plant, to change radically to the right Rehabilitation at the time that began with the demolition of existing building, after finding some evidence that required review. This action takes place without loss, under any circumstances, the arguments upon which the original proposal: one project in another container. In addition to changes of state brought about by their authors, added the sought by the promoters, which are formalized in subsequent modified to reach the final state. Trials equipping the book come from the hand’s own José Morales (MGM architects) “A wheelchair, six bedrooms, thirteen windows and fourteen keys,” the philosopher and writer Julian Santos Guerrero with a text expressly for this document “Passion for the Ruins.” And “Look “written by architect Ramón Pico closes the book.
